From a carefully prepared breakfast seminar to a full-day programme, you can choose the package that best suits your group. Our packages are flexible, too. We are happy to work with you to tailor the programme, lunch, room layout and additional facilities to your specific needs.

Each meeting room is prepared in advance and equipped with all the necessary facilities. We also pay special attention to the moments in between. Upon arrival, a welcome buffet awaits you in your private coffee corner, while during breaks we provide fresh coffee, tea, fruit juice and a selection of treats. This ensures that your guests stay energised and relaxed throughout the day.

Our hospitality doesn't end when the meeting does. Enjoy a drink together in our lounge bar or in the garden overlooking the River Leie, add a fun activity or team-building experience to your programme, or extend your stay with a comfortable overnight stay in one of our hotel rooms.
