On the banks of the water, we welcome you once again to our stylish Summer Lounge, where culinary experience, hospitality, and a unique setting come together.

From June 26, you are welcome at our pop-up bar from Wednesday to Sunday for a refined selection of tapas, summery cocktails, aperitifs, and carefully selected wines. Take a seat on our sunny terrace, enjoy the panoramic view of the Leie, and let the day effortlessly transition into a long, atmospheric summer evening.

Moreover, this summer is dedicated to special culinary events.

During our OFYR Live Showcooking, our chefs prepare dishes directly over the fire, while you enjoy a unique live experience. On selected weekends, we also welcome a professional cortador who slices authentic Iberico Bellota on the spot – an artisanal tradition and an absolute delicacy.

In addition, Marché Méditerrané is the highlight of the season. Food stands, tastings, live music, and boat trips ensure a relaxed afternoon where taste and conviviality take center stage. From refined antipasti and sashimi to Black Angus and pluma Ibérico: every dish invites you to discover, share, and enjoy.

Then step aboard one of our exclusive boats and discover the idyllic banks of the Lys from the water. You can choose whether to take the helm or be steered by an experienced skipper for a carefree trip along one of the most beautiful rivers in Flanders.
